We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity cofounder at Launch Legends a pioneering venture that merges Web technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

What We Offer

As a parttime cofounder you will:

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally raised capital exceeding $500 million and spearheaded several highrevenue disruptive projects.
• Work alongside our global team of 55 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
• Develop and launch three distinct websites fully designed in Figma for our key projects: Autheo GO WFO and Launch Legends.
• Create and optimize landing pages that drive engagement and conversions ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equityonly role our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to cofounders upon completion of key milestones. Following our anticipated public token sale within the next six months we plan to introduce salaries for both fulltime and parttime positions.

• Autheo: Our Layer1 blockchain platform specifically designed for creators to own expand and monetize their networks. Autheo provides a robust foundation for decentralized applications allowing creators to engage with their communities in new and meaningful ways.
• GO WFO: The first Layer2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports built on the Autheo platform. GO WFO aims to revolutionize the extreme sports sector by integrating blockchain NFTs and SocialFi features offering athletes and creators a new way to connect with their fans and monetize their content.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry projected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and the extreme sports market an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active participants worldwide.

The Opportunity

Role Overview: Web3 Website Developer

We are seeking a talented Web3 Website Developer & Integrations Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in the development of our three websites. You will be responsible for turning our completed Figma designs into fully functional highperformance websites integrating them seamlessly with our creator SocialFi platform and optimizing them for search engines (SEO). Collaboration with other team members will be key to ensuring that all technical and design elements come together to create a cohesive user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the frontend of our Web3 websites using modern frameworks like React.js based on our completed Figma designs.
• Integrate seamlessly with our creator SocialFi platform enabling features like decentralized content sharing tokenized interactions and creator monetization.
• Create and optimize landing pages to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
• Leverage Web3 tools such as Web3.js Ethers.js and IPFS for decentralized functionalities including wallet integration token transactions and decentralized storage.
• Utilize backend technologies like Node.js to build and manage APIs that interact with smart contracts and decentralized networks.
• Implement SEO best practices to ensure our websites rank well in search engines increasing visibility and driving traffic.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including blockchain developers UI/UX designers and marketing professionals to create a cohesive and engaging platform.
• Stay current with the latest developments in Web3 blockchain and decentralized technologies to ensure our platforms remain at the cutting edge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong expertise in frontend web development particularly with React.js and Node.js.
• Proficiency in Web3 tools including Web3.js Ethers.js and decentralized storage solutions like IPFS.
• Experience with integrating Web3 platforms and SocialFi features such as tokenized content NFTs and decentralized finance (DeFi) mechanisms.
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols such as Ethereum Polygon and other Layer2 solutions.
• Experience with smart contract development and interacting with decentralized applications (dApps).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to writing clean maintainable and welldocumented code.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience implementing them on Web3 websites.
