Labor Relations Manager - Union Manufacturing – Remote (Prefer West, SW, PNW)
Salary $185,000 - $220,000 + Bonuses +Benefits
Large Food Manufacturer is seeking a Labor Relations Manager for their remote Labor Relations Manager position. You’ll need to have lots of first chair experience, negotiation experience, handling union campaigns, and training & labor/employee relation strategy. There will be heavy travel (50-75%) over the next 2 years. The travel is to the West Coast and you’ll need to be close to a major airport.
You should have at least five years of Human Resources Labor Relations experience with a union in a manufacturing environment. BS degree required, prefer in Human Resource or Industrial Relations. Manufacturing experience is a must. You’ll be expected to negotiate major contracts from preparation to finish with minimal assistance.
