Our stores' rapid growth has created amazing advancement opportunities for our Service Technicians and Technician Apprentices. Master Technicians are responsible for acting as a consultant for diagnostic work, vehicle repairs, and procedures. Master Technicians also provide leadership and direction to other members of the Service Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year * Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered * Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame * Perform advanced removal and replacement diagnostic work * Oversee and signing off on repairs completed by other technicians * Required to hold a valid State Inspector's license * Offer training and guidance to other technicians * Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds * Must demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed Shop Hours: * Flexibility in scheduling within the hours of 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. Compensation is based on experience: * Master Techs starting at $40.00 flat rate * Very aggressive sign on bonus

• Not eligible for transfers or rehires. Paid over the first year of employment. Must be with the dealership for 1 year to get the full signing bonus.
