Join Our Dynamic Team as a Bilingual Staffing Specialist in Perth Amboy, NJ!

Salary Range: $40,000 - $42,000 annually

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexible shifts (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM); occasional weekend support required.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and identify the best candidates through a variety of channels, including job fairs, social media, walk-ins, and lead programs.
• Extend job offers and clearly communicate expectations, ensuring every candidate is set up for success.
• Manage recruitment activities, increase the number of associates on assignment, and contribute to branch revenue growth.
• Visit clients to ensure their staffing needs are met, conduct check-ins, and implement strategies to drive success.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of recruiting or customer service experience, with at least 1 year in staffing (preferably in light industrial).
• Bilingual in Spanish (required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel .
• Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
• A target-driven mentality with the ability to overcome challenges and meet goals.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment with a focus on positive interactions and confident decision-making.
