Clinic - Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - PRN

MedCare Pediatric Group is looking for a passionate Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team to provide, evaluate, and implement speech therapy services to pediatric clients.

PRN opening available for Saturdays at our Stafford Clinic.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school program of Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Licensed to practice as an Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Texas by anticipated start date
Experience in pediatrics and bilingual are a plus but necessarily required

Job Duties:

Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients with communication disorders
Identify functional speech defects and establishes a plan of care to improve patient’s function
Implement programs to promote the development of communication skills
