Job Description

We have an immediate opening for an entry level Shipping and Receiving Clerk due to growth within our organization. This position will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments of goods, ensuring that the correct items are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and ship customers’ orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Receive and verify the quality and quantity of incoming shipments, immediately notifying the supervisor of any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipping records.
• Process RMAs
• Stock supplies and inventory.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
• Perform other duties as required.

General Capabilities:
• Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received.
• Basic understanding of warehouse procedures.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.

Experience & Education Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience is required for this entry level position.

Requirements:
• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
• Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to work in a variety of temperatures in the warehouse.
