The restaurant’s daily changing menu resonates with customers and critics alike. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years service experience in a fast paced, fine dining restaurant required
• Sommelier level wine knowledge strongly preferred
• Attention to detail
• Weekend availability required
• Polished and professional demeanor
• Positive, team-player mentality
• Ability to take initiative and assist colleagues without prompting
• A genuine love for farm to table food, seasonality, and genuine hospitality
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
• Ability to take and process constructive feedback
• Excellent communication skills

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

• Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
