Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking for an opportunity to advance your career? We are seeking two dynamic and motivated Senior Accountants to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, including the Controller, FP&A Director, and CFO, to enhance and optimize daily accounting operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization and play a key role in the implementation of a new accounting system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Generate and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Prepare quarterly reports required for bank lending agreements.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review manual and automated journal entries.
- Conduct financial analyses to support business decision-making.
- Work closely with the CFO, Controller, Practice Leaders, and Department Directors on ad hoc reports.
- Oversee partner draws and quarterly distribution schedules, including payroll submissions and reconciliations.
- Maintain fixed asset accounting, including tracking, recording, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the Risk Department to implement and monitor internal controls and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
- Assist internal and external auditors during audits and implement recommended improvements.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, particularly for professional service firms.
- Ability to conduct account analysis and reconciliations.
- High ethical standards in financial reporting and decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex financial issues.

- Excellent time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

- Strong communication skills to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- MBA or other advanced degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- CPA certification is highly encouraged.
- Minimum of five years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience with full-cycle accounting, tax, or audit required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
