Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization, is actively seeking a Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. The Scrum Master will lead the team and act as a product owner, responsible for fostering collaboration, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring timely task delegation.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate day-to-day project management support.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, meeting minutes, and risk assessments.
- Plan and allocate project activities and resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis and document specifications and requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational workload demands.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in Scrum methodologies with a strong understanding of Agile principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Resourceful and diplomatic in interactions with team members.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
