Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Jira and Confluence Management: Create and manage Jira dashboards and Confluence pages to enhance project visibility and documentation.
Query and Dashboard Creation: Use JQL to develop customized queries and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Metrics and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the Home Lending Platform team.
Agile Frameworks: Utilize Scrum and Kanban methodologies to enhance team productivity and streamline workflows.
Financial Acumen: Support budgeting and financial reporting activities to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Data Visualization: Develop and present data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau to drive stakeholder engagement and insights.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring alignment across projects.
Qualifications:
Experience with Jira (JQL, dashboards) and Confluence.
Proficient in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in finance metrics.
Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
Project Management experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
