Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Scrum principles and practices to maximize efficiency.
• Assist with removing obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
• Promote an environment of collaboration, trust, and respect within the team.
• Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Support the team in achieving sprint goals while ensuring adherence to Scrum processes.
• Provide metrics and progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in development efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
• Experience in coaching and supporting teams in agile transformations and continuous improvement.
