SALES REPRESENTATIVE (WEST COAST TERRITORY)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a multi-state, B2B/B2C, outside sales portfolio to include WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CA, NV, UT, and HI
  • Maintain, develop, and grow a portfolio of high-end clients, particularly those building homes valued over $1M.
  • Discover and network with high-end entities to cultivate ongoing client partnerships.
  • Educate clients and contractors on Buechel Stone’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Business Development on goal setting, forecasting, and territory-specific sales strategies.
  • Manage and monitor territory sales budgeting and expenses
  • Maintain accurate CRM records with the help of an inside sales partner (HubSpot).
  • Evaluate and hold dealers/partners accountable, influencing termination decisions when necessary.

This is a remote position with a 50% travel requirement. HQ is based in Chilton, WI

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience (B2B and/or B2C)
  • 3+ years’ experience managing multi-state territories
  • 3+ years’ experience managing budgets
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
  • Proven ability to build and expand territories
  • Experience selling premium or higher-end brands
  • Valid driver's license

PREFERRED:

  • Experience in construction sales (e.g., floors, windows, roofing)
  • Ability to read construction documents/blueprints
  • Established relationships with architects and designers
  • Bachelor’s degree

DESIRED:

  • Knowledge of natural stone for building and landscape
  • Experience selling to architectural and design communities

SALARY: $80K - $150K
