As Manager of EMEA Sales Development, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives that focus on generating quality Inbound and Outbound pipeline for our EMEA Sales team. You will lead, coach, and manage the SDRs to ensure consistent practices and processes amongst the team that align with our go to market strategy in the EMEA Market.

What you will be doing

  • Identify and track key performance metrics to ensure SDR team members are achieving their quarterly quotas and improving performance in weekly 1:1s.
  • Regularly coach SDR team members through call reviews, role plays, tactical trainings, etc
  • Hire and onboard new, high-performing SDRs as needed
  • Develop efficient workflow processes, personalized inbound follow up sequences, and outbound targeting tactics to engage with prospect accounts.
  • Focus on generating high quality pipeline for our Sales team that will contribute to bookings
  • Be data-driven. Be comfortable building targets for team members, forecasting pipeline generation, analyzing data and building/reviewing reports in Salesforce and Tableau
  • Work closely with the Demand Gen team to provide feedback on campaigns, monitor inbound volume to track conversions, and ensure your team is meeting SLAs
  • Work closely with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Leaders in Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, RevOps to ensure effective communication and strategy alignment.
  • Create career growth opportunities that support the established promotion path for SDRs.

Your Profile

  • +2 years experience with leading Sales Development/Sales teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Extensive experience with SDR tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator etc.
  • Executive presence: comfortable leading meetings with Senior Leadership
  • Coachable: actively listens to and implements manager feedback
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring your team members. Their success is your success.
  • You are proactive in seeking new solutions and organized in your task management.
  • You are open, honest, and highly collaborative.
