As a Relief Pharmacy Services Assistant, you will be responsible for covering absence and holidays in our pharmacies within the central Lincoln area and surrounding villages. You will be working within multiple teams across a number of our branches. This valuable role provides operational support and ensures that we provide the best patient and customer service. You'll be involved in awide range of duties, such as:
• Contributing to the safe and effective running of the dispensary by dispensing medication accurately and efficiently.
•Delivering exceptional customer service, providing health advice and services to our patients through engaging conversations. Ensuring that every customer leaves the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs

To be successful in joining our team, you’ll need to show us:
•A natural ability to build meaningful relationships with both patients and colleagues

•An enthusiasm and talent for problem solving, eager to take on new challenges and experiences
•A methodical and accurate approach to practical tasks, using your own initiative and teamwork skills to aid you
•Experience of working in a retail background and using a stock control system would be desirable but not essential as full training is provided
•As travel will be required within this role, you will need to hold a valid UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle for business use
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has an NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant qualification or higher.
