FT/PT: Full-Time
Salary / Hourly Rate: $40,000 - $50,000 per year (depending on experience)
Exempt/Non-Exempt/Contractor: Non-Exempt
Hours of Work / Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours per week)

Job Description: Recruitz is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our recruiting process, ensuring smooth operations and providing an excellent candidate experience. Your organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks will be crucial in supporting our recruiters and helping Recruitz attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently
Conduct initial phone screenings to pre-qualify candidates
Assist in developing and updating job descriptions
Coordinate and attend job fairs and recruiting events
Manage the offer letter process, including preparation and follow-up
Assist with onboarding procedures for new hires
Generate recruiting reports and analytics to track key metrics
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruiting process
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
Strong understanding of recruiting processes and best practices
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with candidates at all levels
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
