Receptionist
Language Requirement: Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM
Salary: $13.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, and speak) - Required.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
