What you'll do:

• Assist in the execution of the restaurant’s business plan as directed by the GM
• Understanding of (P&L)
• Assist the GM with developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and guest frequency

What you'll need:

• A minimum of 1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience is required.
• Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to effectively manage COGS and labor.
