As a financial professional, your role will include:
Conducting financial need analyses for clients
Helping families, individuals, and businesses secure financial protection and build a strong financial future
Offering services such as asset protection, legacy building, debt management, estate planning, and more
Working with top-rated financial companies across the nation
Flexible Schedule
Part-Time: 6-15 hours per week, depending on your availability
Leads: We provide access to a three-tiered lead generation system (Hot, Warm, Cold) and partner with industry-leading tools for support
Remote: All work is conducted through Zoom meetings
Field Training: You'll be paired with an experienced field trainer who will guide you through the early stages of your business until you feel confident managing it independently
Daily Training: Ongoing support to help you build and grow your business
Requirements
Must pass a background check (no felonies)
Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Social Security Number
Must reside in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada during the hiring process
Must be at least 18 years old (federal requirement)
Compensation
Salary: $36,000 to $125,000 per year (1099, performance-based pay)
Unlimited Earning Potential: Paid through multiple avenues, including commission, agency bonuses, yearly renewals, stock options, and profit sharing
Free Training: Comprehensive training provided at no cost
Ownership: Build and own your own book of business and agency, with the ability to pass it on to your beneficiaries
Uncapped Earnings: Very lucrative potential - for example, commissions on a single client can range from $2,000 to $10,000 or more
