Job Description



LaSalle Network has partnered with a finance management company in their search for a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager focused on Organizational Readiness, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client's organization is fully prepared to implement new projects, processes and systems. You will be responsible for assessing readiness, managing change and driving the successful adoption of key initiatives across various departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of change management principles and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.



Project Manager Responsibilities:


  • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of organizational readiness projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption to the organization
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to understand business needs, gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Conduct readiness assessments to identify gaps and areas of improvement and develop plans to address them
  • Design and deliver training programs and communication plans to prepare teams for upcoming changes and ensure successful adoption
  • Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies
  • Track and report on project progress, using data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of readiness initiatives and make data-driven decisions





Project Manager Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci) is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on organizational readiness, change management or similar roles
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects
  • Deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and MS Office Suite
