Job Overview

This integrator is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operations Manager to oversee the production process in their warehouse. This position ensures that the manufacturing process runs smoothly, efficiently and safely while meeting quality and cost objectives. 

Responsibilities

Oversee Builder Relations and Scheduling:

  • Coordinate and manage builder relations for the rough, trim, and final phases of projects
  • Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of all phases to meet project deadlines

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment

Issue Prevention and Resolution:

  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement strategies to prevent them
  • Swiftly address and resolve any problems that arise to maintain project momentum 

Communication and Updates: 

  • Keep builders informed of daily schedules and any changes or updates 
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders 

Permit Management: 

  • Oversee the acquisition of builder permits, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and requirements

Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED) 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics 
  • Exemplary customer service skills coupled with a positive attitude 
  • A valid Driver’s License and a vehicle

Physical Demands

  • Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 80 lbs

$48,000 - $58,000 Based on Experience
