• Hours: 40 hours/week
• FTE Status: 1.0 FTE, Full-Time
• Work Schedule: Will be working Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Description:

• Primary responsibilities include establishment and management of schedules for physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians.
• Reviews patient schedules on a weekly/daily basis to ensure there are not any errors or gaps in appointments and scheduling.
• Processes all calls using appropriate phone etiquette.
• Provides general office support that includes data entry, mails correspondence, paper and chart filing, scans documents, requests files and downloads/formats files/notes.
• Ensures that physicians are supported as needed within day-to-day requirements and requests.
• Monitors and communicates clinic and physician needs that may affect clinic efficiencies and client/patient relationships.
• Serves as liaison between physicians, staff, and non-clinic contacts.
• Manages overall access into the practice.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of physician needs and practice patterns; understanding how systems are used in the scope of practice required.
• Prior experience supporting physicians and clinical applications required.
• High school education preferred.
