RuffleButts is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with experience in the retail industry to drive sales and build strong relationships with new and existing clients within the state of Florida. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled in sales, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires extensive travel within Florida, engaging with boutique owners and specialty retailers to grow our brand presence.

As an Outside Sales Representative you will:

• Develop and maintain relationships with Wholesale Specialty Boutiques, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue New Business Sales Opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Travel frequently to meet clients, attend trade shows, and conduct in-person presentations.
• Provide product knowledge and training to retail partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Work closely with the internal sales to align on goals, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Responsible for exceeding sales budget and sales key performance metrics.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
• Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

To be successful in the role you must possess:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in apparel, retail, or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing a territory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the Florida market as needed visiting existing customers and prospecting new business.
• 50-75% travel on the road
• Preferred home base in Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Naples, Sarasota, or Miami.
