Position: Operations Manager
Working Hours: 40 hours per week; Eastern Standard Timezone. Specific hours will be discussed by the client during the interview. However, to set proper expectations, please note that the shift will be during the graveyard shift in the Philippine Timezone.
Salary Range: 1250 - 1700 USD / Monthly

About the role:
As an Operations Manager , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of various projects for this client with its B2B customers. Client's customers include the largest CPG brands in the world, as well as growth stage fast-growing brands too. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project management, coordinating quotes, managing shipping logistics, and handling client communications. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing processes, managing budgets, and ensuring clear communication between teams. This role demands an excellent communicator with a bias for action and proficiency in tools like Monday.com, Notion, and Google Suite. You will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and contributing to the success of our mission.
