Job Overview:
We are a full-service financial planning and investment firm located in the heart of downtown Springfield, MA. Our areas of service include wealth building, retirement, investment, educational savings and estate planning.

We are looking for an Office Assistant to help our team with office, clerical, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a positive can-do mentality, a diligent work ethic, and be able to adapt to the dynamic ebb and flow of our multifaceted firm. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain data confidentiality are essential.

This entry level position could grow over time as skills and company knowledge evolve.

Duties will include:

  • Printing/ copying /scanning/filing
  • Data entry into our CRM
  • Front desk reception
  • General office tasks, organization, and upkeep
  • Inventory and refill of office supplies
  • Routine follow-ups with clients and vendors
  • Assistance with special projects as needed
  • Scheduling appointments for the team

Required skills:

  • Minimum 2 years office related experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to write and speak in a professional and respectful manner
  • Working knowledge of filing systems and office equipment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Experience with CRM program preferred

This is an in-person position .

Atmosphere and dress are business casual.

Part-time, 25 hrs/ week, Preferred hours 9am-2pm with some flexibility in daytime business hours (9am – 4pm) Monday - Friday

$18.00 to $20.00/ hr
