Job Description

Enterra Medical, an emerging, U.S. based medical device company, markets a novel, implantable neurostimulator focused on the treatment of nausea and vomiting secondary to Gastroparesis.  The Enterra Medical business was launched as an independent company in January of 2022, spinning out of Medtronic.

We are excited to offer opportunities that provide a real-world view inside the medical device industry.  As an intern, you will assist in completing special projects under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:

• Social media listening and response
• Collaborate with marketing communications design team to create educational and marketing materials
• Support event planning for medical education programs
• Contribute to social media strategy development
• Manage website data, involving communication with the sales team
• Assist with running the video, audio, and multimedia components for patient education webinars
• Spend time with various employees to learn about patient and provider education and gastroparesis
• Manage CRM databases and input information, data, and records
• Review and provide feedback on website and other materials
• Aid in developing content for digital publications and select programs and initiatives
• Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry
• Attend company functions and networking events
• Assist with various office projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
• 0-2 years of industry experience
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Must be 18 years of age
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Comfortable in a small, dynamic company environment and able to wear many hats
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment
