About the job

The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for managing our Pardot email campaigns, developing a comprehensive communications plan and content calendar, and ensuring our brand voice and tone are consistently represented across all major communications channels, including our website, customer communications, and internal announcements.

Your tasks

  • Communications Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan and content calendar that aligns with our marketing strategy and business goals.
  • Content Creation: Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for various channels, including thought leadership initiatives, video script/storyboard, newsletters, social media, and press releases.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure the Franke Coffee Systems brand voice and tone are consistently represented across all communications, including the website, customer communications, and internal announcements.
  • Pardot Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of email campaigns using Pardot. Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve future efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with global marketing and cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing communications-related inquiries and initiatives.

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•    3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on email marketing and content creation.
•    Proficiency in Pardot or similar email marketing platforms.
•    Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
•    Excellent project management and organizational skills.
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
•    Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
  • Intermediate Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Intermediate Mathematical Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Intermediate Reasoning Skills - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Computer Skills – MS Word, MS Excel, Photoshop, InDesign, expert in Macintosh products.
