THE OPPORTUNITY: Working across the Americas and Canada, the Digital Transformer will drive high-profile initiatives to improve business outcomes involving Logistics data. We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented, creative, and digitally skilled person who loves all-things-data to join our team. You will help the business answer impactful questions by deploying a data strategy, building tools to improve the use of the data with concise visualizations of "Big Data" that solve challenging business problems. As a Digital Transformer, you will accompany the application of digital practices and tools within the North American Logistics organization.   • Lead and Strategize: Considering the level of digital maturity in the organization, develop a comprehensive strategy for integrating digital technology into all areas of our logistics operations, fundamentally transforming how we operate and delivering value to customers. Manage the digital initiative portfolio with cross-functional teams and squads to accelerate impact.
  • Innovate: Constantly evaluate emerging digital technologies and assess their potential applications within our logistics operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Implement: Oversee the implementation of new digital solutions, managing projects from the initial concept through to deployment and post-launch assessment.
  • Collaborate: Work across multiple teams, including IT, operations, and management, ensuring that digital transformation efforts align with company goals and logistics needs.
  • Analyze: Leverage data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Train and Support: Facilitate ongoing training and support for staff members, fostering a digital culture and ensuring that teams are equipped and proficient in new systems and technologies.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience. Master's degree or experience/relevant certification is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain management roles with a strong emphasis on digital transformation or technology implementation. Prefer experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and/or Track and Trace
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest digital trends and technologies, and their application in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Good project management skills (Agile methodologies and objectives and key results), with a track record of leading successful technology integration projects.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with experience in using data analytics tools (Alteryx, DataBricks, Python, MicroStrategy). Prefer certifications in the Microsoft Power tools (Azure, Apps, Automate, Power BI).
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate change and influence decision-making at all levels within the organization.
  • Solid ability to think strategically, analytically, creatively, and collaboratively.
  • A passion for learning new skills and technologies and sharing your knowledge with others.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex digital concepts to non-technical team members.
