Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to help convoy.+ convoy. the brand's aesthetic by creating innovative campaigns and creative assets across both digital and print. You're passionate about Beauty, and you're a skilled video editor and designer, and also have expertise in at least one of the following: Visual Merchandising, Packaging, and/or Illustration. In this role, you'll partner closely with internal teams like Brand Marketing, Social, Ecommerce, PR, and Creative Operations, as well as external partners like vendors and freelancers. You'll report to the Associate Art Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop concepts and designs for all digital channels—ads, emails, homepage assets—that continue to elevate the brand.
Lead video editing and animation across all digital channels.
Build a library of digital design files and create design templates.
Optimize, slice, and deliver artwork for final usage.
Support the Associate Art Director with printed materials on an as-needed basis.
Manage final production and packaging of all art files for release.
Present designs in team meetings and efficiently make revisions.
Consistently research to keep current with market & design trends.
