Key responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Reply to emails in timely manner
  • Assist CEO and admin task as assigned
  • Post hiring positions on Indeed, LinkedIn, Workable, following hiring procedures
  • Register new employees in Bambee
  • E-Verify and new hire paperwork
  • Ensure all employees know and understand their benefits are PeopleKeep, Principal, 401(k), PTO holidays
  • Plan for and have gifts ready for the team's birthdays, work anniversaries, and Christmas bonuses
  • Thank you cards for new customers and anniversary cards
  • Photograph events, new hires and create videos as needed
  • Plan and carry out quarterly team building and service activities
  • Help plan quarterly executive team meetings
  • Attend Monday Executive meeting, email executive team meeting recap
  • Submit and manage lunch orders
  • Update Trainual with company policies and procedures as well as training documentation for each position
  • Manage company phones updates, storage, Apple ID issues, problems with apps.
  • Manage any technical, login, or software issues. Refer to IT for issues unable to solve.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as admin assistant
  • Good understanding of business office management
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
  • Well organized with the customer-oriented approach
  • Proficient, Microsoft Office, Suite (outlook, word, excel)
  • Attention to detail
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Prefer Business Degree or relevant field is a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
