Job Description

TESCO Staffing in Bangor, Gouldsboro, Ellsworth, ME is looking for Housekeeper to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Pay- $16.50 to $18/hour

Full Time: Available Shifts

Bangor, ME - 3pm to 11:30pm / 11pm to 7:30am

1 - Gouldsboro, ME - 3pm to 11:30pm (M-F)

2 - Ellsworth, ME - 3pm to 11:30pm (M-F)

Responsibilities

• Cleans and disinfects patient rooms, including beds, bedside tables, bathrooms, and floors, following established infection control protocols.
• Cleans and disinfects public areas such as lobbies, waiting rooms, corridors, and restrooms.
• Dusts furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Empties trash and waste receptacles.
• Replenishes supplies such as linens, paper products, and cleaning solutions.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in all assigned areas.
• Follows all safety and infection control procedures.
• Adheres to hospital policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications-

• Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
• Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
