We are seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director (or Director of Clinical Services) to lead our growing hospice organization. This role is perfect for a driven professional who excels in growth strategies, staff development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hospice program.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and clinical quality (RN preferred but not required for the right candidate).
• Drive sales, census growth, and business development initiatives.
• Lead and mentor staff to foster engagement, retention, and professional development.
• Monitor and enhance quality benchmarks, patient outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach and brand presence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in hospice (Executive Director, Director of Clinical Services, or similar).
• RN preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth.
• Passion for mentoring teams and fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for expansion and innovation.
