Seeking Front Desk candidates for a flexible position with Accounting Firm! - POSITION STARTS JANUARY 1st.

8-4:30 Monday-Thursday

Pay: $16/hr weekly

What We Look For In Our Front Desk

• Ability to handle revolving door traffic, taking calls and screening them before passing back, while greeting applicants and being a warm welcome.
• Field incoming calls to appropriate departments
• Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage
• Marketing and Social Media assistance
• Ability to engage with clients and associates with a positive attitude! - Social Interaction is a major part of the job!
• Ability to multi-task several projects at one time - this is a fast paced environment!
• File management and data entry, Faxing!
• Ability to stay organized and keep up with high volume follow ups
• Ability to troubleshoot situations and issues that arise
• Scheduling appointments
• Running I9's
• Email Correspondence
• Sending out Invoices
