Estimator - Roofing

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our roofing team. The Estimator will work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure accurate cost estimates and timely completion of roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate takeoffs and estimates for commercial roofing projects
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to verify dimensions and building requirements
• Research and analyze material costs and manufacturer updates to ensure accurate pricing
• Prepare and submit bids for roofing projects
• Communicate effectively with project managers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Utilize Estimating Edge software to streamline the estimating process
• Maintain knowledge of building code and regulations to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in roofing estimating and bidding
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials and pricing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in takeoffs and verifying dimensions
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with Estimating Edge software
• Understanding of building codes and regulations
• Ability to accurately assess material costs

Pay: $56,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
