This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your event management skills in a vibrant and supportive environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
• Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Handle event setup, on-site coordination, and post-event activities.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Prepare and distribute event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and promotional items.
• Gather feedback and analyze event performance to suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event planning software/tools.
