Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce and SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a candidate who is skilled in enhancing website functionality, optimizing search engine rankings, and driving e-commerce growth. You will be instrumental in managing our online presence on Shopify and Magento, ensuring a seamless and effective shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, evaluate, and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures to enhance successful SEO strategies and improve website traffic.
• Collaborate on all aspects of the e-commerce content strategy, including product listings, category maintenance, and promotional campaigns.
• Optimize website content for search engines and manage daily operational tasks that increase site visibility and consumer traffic.
• Design and maintain an aesthetic and effective website that aligns with our brand standards and customer expectations.
• Analyze website analytics and e-commerce data to recommend and plan action strategies for better conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and successful product strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO, website design, and e-commerce, preferably with Shopify and/or Magento.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization, online marketing, and digital analytics.
• Demonstrate experience with technical knowledge, on-page SEO, local SEO and link-building tactics.
• Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, FullStory) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and design skills.
• Creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Experience in the sports or golf industry is a plus!
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design technologies.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Experience researching, writing, publishing, and promoting blog content.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot.
