Position Title: Director, Portfolio Marketing Strategy Lead - Portfolio Marketing
Location: Bridgewater, NJ (50% remote, with 10% travel expected)

The Team:
In this role, you'll work closely with brand, sales, and strategic partners to develop and execute portfolio marketing strategies. You'll play a critical role in defining end-to-end marketing plans and tactical execution, ensuring the portfolio identity reflects the organization's values and commitment to excellence.
You'll collaborate with various teams, including US commercial colleagues, Franchise Marketing teams, Sales teams, Medical, Public Affairs, Market Access, Finance, and Global counterparts to devise strategies that impact the entire portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead strategic projects to deliver portfolio solutions for customers, maximizing value and driving brand imperatives.
Collaborate with brand teams to develop content and provide strategic input for sales team execution.
Identify tactics for brand teams to enhance their omnichannel, digital, and customer (retail, medical clinic, health system) value propositions.
Build and execute a growth roadmap based on market insights, marketing strategy, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
Guide decisions on pricing, positioning, promotion, distribution, and market research.
Manage budgets to ensure optimal revenue impact and profitability.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
8-10 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or vaccines marketing.
Proven ability to apply marketing strategies and digital solutions to meet brand and customer objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
Experience in marketing, product launch, digital strategy, or market access in the U.S.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and coach teams toward meaningful outcomes.
