Responsibilities:
Review treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures, fees, and insurance coverage
Schedule and coordinate appointments and treatment sequences
Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
Discuss financial arrangements and payment options with patients
Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries

Requirements
- Prior experience in a Dental Office
