A leading digital streaming network is seeking a Creative Ops Project Manager - Streaming Intl. The successful candidate will ensure that international markets have what they need in terms of creative assets to run successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has five or more years of experience in creative project management of work across the media, entertainment industry video, photography, print/OOH, digital display/rich media, email, or website design. Creative Ops Project Manager - International Streaming Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $65/hr
• Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (New York, NY 10036 - Hybrid, Must be onsite 1 day/week - flexible on which day)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment

Creative Ops Project Manager - International Streaming Responsibilities:

• Manage global projects/campaigns/asset production through the entire lifecycle: planning, creative, production, delivery, and wrap.
• Manage, organize, and distribute all project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists, and post-project retrospectives.
• Track projects using project management software.
• Work closely with Marketing Managers to understand campaign goals.
• Review and assess detailed brief and project plans provided by teammates/partners based on requirements, scope, budget, and required deliverables.
• Communicate project status with management at recurring cadences, identifying, and troubleshooting issues/roadblocks to ensure risks are properly addressed and escalated as necessary.
• Work closely with the Asset Management team to ensure assets are available for project initiation.
• Work closely with the Localization team to ensure availability of local assets when needed.
• Communicate with International Creative Teams across the globe to ensure local teams receive the materials for the campaigns on time.
• Initiate vendor paperwork (including NDAs, SOWs, advance requests, etc.) and manage vendor invoice process.

Creative Ops Project Manager - International Streaming Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in creative project management of work across the media, entertainment industry video, photography, print/OOH, digital display/rich media, email, or website design.
• Experience in a project management or coordinator role within a creative environment.
• Experience with project management applications and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail including precise and effective written/verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to think strategically and implement methodically.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is expected.
• Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to approach marketing efforts.
• Understanding the type of assets – key art, jpeg, work reels, trailers.
• They will traffic and manage creative assets for a campaign.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and PM tools.
• Prefer bilingual Spanish.
• Able to manage expectations, working with multiple levels of leadership.

Shift:

• 9 am-6 pm Eastern time office hours.
