We have been retained by our client, a Top 400 General Contractor in the Austin, TX area, to find a Project Manager . You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining professional relationships with all stakeholders.
Duties:
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Promote and ensure compliance with company safety policies and programs.
- Team with the onsite Superintendent to guarantee contract conformance.
- Prepare the project budget, change orders, and manage cost control budget adjustments.
- Supervise staff, providing feedback, and conducting on-the-job training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager on projects over $25 million.
- Experience with K-12 projects is a plus
- Experience with Quality Control Programs.
- Ability to manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
