Administrative Assistant. We are hiring for multiple roles, ranging from entry-level to experienced.

Job Responsibilities

• Reach out to clients and vendors via email or phone call.
• Handle construction documents and administrative task like RIF's, submittals, change orders, scheduling, budgeting, ect.
• Participate on site-walkthroughs with Project Manager.
• Communicate with trades on site. Reading mechanical drawings/blueprints.
• Occasionally will be required to perform Estimates when necessary.

Additional Details

• Must have experience working with HVAC systems.
• Must know the following software: Excel and Bluebeam.
• Must be able to read mechanical shop drawings.
• Must be versed in handling Construction Documents (RFI's, Change Orders, Submittals, Scheduling, ect.).
• Must have OSHA 10 or 30 to be able to go on site occasionally
