Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our commercial construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all project deliverables.
• Manage project teams and ensure that everyone is working together towards a common goal.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the commercial ground-up construction process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial ground-up construction.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage project teams, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and the ability to negotiate contracts.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
