Job Summary:
We're seeking a strategic and consultative Client Partner, Digital Media, to spearhead advertising revenue growth for real-world video and CTV through our ads platform. This role focuses on client acquisition, encompassing lead generation, managing the deal cycle, and closing new business. While primarily centered on attracting new advertisers, collaboration within a team environment is essential for retaining existing clients. This position operates as an individual contributor within a small team comprising sales reps, strategists, data and analytics leads, and account managers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive advertising revenue through our video ads platform, targeting real-world and in-home (CTV) screens, engaging with major holding companies, top social and influencer agencies, digital agencies, and enterprise brands across diverse verticals.
Proactively seek and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
Craft and deliver compelling presentations of Adomni's value proposition, leveraging effective storytelling and data-driven insights.
Bring social, video, and digitally native brands into the real world and onto in-home screens.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop impactful campaigns tailored to client objectives.
Oversee the customer success team's efforts in managing client retention.
Drive forecasting, pipeline management, business planning, and goal achievement.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Proven experience in solutions-based and consultative selling.
Familiarity with sales quota targets and revenue expectations.
Established relationships with advertising agencies and direct brands.
Proficiency in social and digital media landscapes.
Flexibility for occasional travel (averaging one to two weeks per month).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in sales and/or business development.
Advertising sales experience is a prerequisite.
Demonstrated track record of fostering relationships with advertising agencies and brands.
Exposure to social, digital, video, and programmatic advertising.
Previous experience within a startup environment is advantageous.
Location:
Remote or in close proximity to a major metropolitan area (e.g., NYC, LA, Chicago).
