- START HERE! Certified Nursing Assistants In Training will begin working before they take the class. They will assist with tasks that support resident quality of life until a class is available.This allows you time to get to know the residents and to get comfotable in the healthcare atmosphere before making the transition to becoming a CNA.
- I enjoy caring for people.
- That's our kind of people. Cargiving is hardwork but it is also rewarding. It is our privilege to provide care for our residents; a privilege we have the honor of performing.
- I want to take the CNA Class but I can't afford the fees and I can't afford to go without pay for 2 weeks.
- Bay Bluffs will pay for training, wages while in training, testing fees, and registration fees with the State of MI. You really can get into healthcare at no cost to you!
- Bay Bluffs hosts Agape Health Schools 3-4 times a year
- NCMC has partnered with Bay Bluffs to create a CNA Fast Track program. The education part of class is taught at NCMC by Bay Bluffs nurses and clinicals are at Bay Bluffs.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work with others as part of a team.
- Good communication skills. Ability to hear and respond to resident requests.
- Effective organizational skills with the flexibility to make changes in planned routines to accommodate changing resident needs.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and on-call days as scheduled.
- Have a positive attitude toward the elderly.
