Job Description

Class A Drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 53' Dry Van Trailers. After training you will be running the North Central Regional Account.

Job Details

• Running lanes are OH, MI, KY, IL, IN.
• 100% No Touch Dry Van freight
• Trainees must be willing to run OTR for the training period.
• 4-6 weeks with trainer/mentor (if under 6 months experience)
• Home for your 34 hour reset (most of the times 1 weeks, but could be 2 weeks)
• Runs keep you within 400 miles of the house.
• Orientation in New Boston, MI, or Columbus, OH most likely.
• Driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
• Average miles a week is 1600-2000.

Pay/Benefits

• Trainees are paid $650/week for 4-6 weeks (if under 6 months experience)
• .56 - .64 a mile depending on experience
• $15 stop pay.
• $1100 - $1500 depending on experience.
• .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 9200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.

Requirements

• Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.
• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
• Must have clean driving record with no accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years. Criminal records will be reviewed by safety on an individual basis.
• Cannot have been terminated from last job.
• No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years
• Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the past 3 years max.

Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen
