Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:

• Coordinate with adjacent Workstreams (sales enablement, business development, delivery, and go-to-market teams) to gather and analyze requirements for the client experience on a per-product/complex-solution basis.
• Utilize these requirements to build a client experience framework and initiate the client experience procedural items for each applicable client post-go-live.
• Manage changes across teams and contribute to business process improvement.
• This is a 6+ month contract position requiring onsite presence at our client's location.

Required Skills for Business Analyst:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Knowledge of product management concepts and how managed services products are positioned and developed.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (such as Smartsheet project tracking) and techniques.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and business development principles.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
