Job Description

SCOPE OF WORK:
This role consists of assisting the Assistant Project Manager in the administrative aspect of projects as our team commence with the installation, alterations and additions of electrical systems. Much of this role will be performed at our office, and some of it will be performed on the jobsite as necessary. Experience is a plus but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain/update data within our project management software (Bluebeam, Onenote and basic Microsoft programs)
• Review purchase order contracts and product submittals thoroughly to verify conformity to the project bid documents
• Manage permitting, RFI’s, revised drawings and project schedules
• Verify blueprints created by drafting department
• Generate jobsite punch lists based on site visit
• Attend meetings and take notes to create action items as required
• Assess material and tooling needs and facilitate getting the items to the jobsite
• Assess and aid in material organization and management on jobsite
