Position: Associate Director of Analytics
As the Associate Director of Analytics, you will lead our analytics initiatives, providing data-driven insights and optimizing marketing strategies for clients. Your role will be vital in driving performance and fostering strong client relationships through effective data analysis and communication.

Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, delivering clear, actionable insights from complex data.
Conversion Tracking: Conduct audits, setup, implementation, and troubleshooting of conversion tracking across platforms.
Report Building: Create expert-level reports using Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, and other visualization platforms.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to uncover insights that drive client strategy and performance.
Contractor Management: Vet and oversee contractors for overflow work, ensuring quality and timely project delivery.
Team Leadership: Demonstrate potential for people management, leading and developing a team for long-term success.
Multi-channel Analytics: Integrate analytics across various digital marketing channels to provide a comprehensive view of campaign performance.
Prior Experience:
6+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
Experience connecting first-party data platforms to advertising platforms (e.g., Hubspot CRM to Google Ads).
Familiarity with Looker Studio.
Proficient in setting up, auditing, and monitoring conversion tracking across ads platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads).
Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
Experience with cross-channel attribution modeling.
Bonus if you have:
Familiarity with SQL, R, or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience building custom reports in Tableau or similar platforms.
Benefits:
Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
