Position: Associate Creative Director

Location : Chicago IL

Visa: USC & GC only

100% Onsite

Responsibility :

• Lead project creative direction to ensure that client objectives are met while also pushing the frontiers of innovation.
• Participate in and often lead client pitches presentations and briefings as well as brainstorm innovative ideas and ensure agreement on client objectives and goals.
• Collaborate with the Group Creative Director to maintain and develop client relationships incorporating comments and needs into the creative process.

• Collaborate with project management strategy analytics SEO paid media email and development teams to create powerful creative concepts that help customers achieve their business objectives.
• Experience designing and managing design systems.
• Identify possibilities to enhance and widen the creative services provided to clients by using an awareness of their business and industry trends.
• Conduct regular reviews checkins and training sessions to keep creative team members engaged.
• Mentor employees and develop an environment that encourages excellence.
• Oversee the creative process from inception to completion ensuring that all aspects including copy and user experience adhere to the highest standards and are consistent with the creative goal.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of creative experience at a digital agency with a track record of Art Director or Associate Creative Director positions.
• A bachelors degree in art direction advertising design or a closely related subject.
• Handson digital commerce design experience as proven by a portfolio featuring designs for CMS systems such as Adobe Experience Manager Salesforce Commerce Cloud and others.
• Deep design experience from the initial concept to the finished precise product.
• Brand awareness coupled with the potential to evolve brands.
• Experience overseeing the design process and creation.
