Job Overview: We're looking for a talented and motivated Associate Creative Director to join our fast-paced and growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in crafting compelling video content that engages audiences and achieves marketing goals.

 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into creative video concepts.
• Develop pitch decks, concepts, and storyboards that bring video ideas to life.
• Work closely with the Accounts Team to provide creative solutions for clients.
• Pitch ideas, content, and story ideas to clients.
• Provide creative direction throughout the production process, ensuring videos meet brand guidelines and achieve the desired tone and style.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest video production trends and technologies.
• Assist creative producers with brainstorming and ideation.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 4 years of experience in video production or a related field.
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visuals.
• Strong understanding of video production processes
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and composition.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• A passion for video and a desire to learn and grow.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with motion graphics or animation.
• Knowledge of social media video marketing best practices.
• A strong understanding of SEO principles for video content.
