The Application Administrator, Human Resource Information Products will design and build configurable solutions and be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and support of products/applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. They will support environment configurations for various applications/products and install, enable and/or upgrade new vendor releases and other software needed to support the application platform(s). This individual will also assist in the resolution of Tier 3 operational support issues, playing a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of UCLA’s technology offerings, directly impacting the success and efficiency of the university. If needed, they may also support user and application security setup including account setup and permission sets.
The Application Administrator, Human Resource Information Products will positively impact UCLA’s operations and culture by enabling University stakeholders to effectively leverage data and insights in service of the institution’s academic mission. This team member will advance the University’s mission by delivering exceptional information technology services comprehensively and consistently across faculty, staff, and students. This role will execute UCLA’s vision while modeling UCLA’s culture and values.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that includes regular visits to campus as needed (for those who work remotely, travel/lodging expenses are not eligible for reimbursement).
The anticipated pay range for this position is $108,834-$121,000, annually; salary is dependent upon the skills and experience of the selected finalist.
